Refund policy

We’re committed to quality and want you to be thrilled with your SÜDFORM apparel produced via Tapstitch. If you receive an item that’s defective or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. Because each item is custom-printed and fulfilled by Tapstitch, returns for change-of-mind (size, style, colour) are not eligible unless otherwise stated. Items must be unused, unwashed, unaltered and returned in their original packaging to qualify. If approved, we’ll either send a replacement at no cost or issue a refund to your original payment method once the returned item has been received and inspected. Please note: shipping and return shipping are at the customer’s expense unless the product arrives damaged or incorrect.
